Customer Success Executive

Job description

We are at a hugely exciting juncture and are expanding the business rapidly. We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to promote active use of our platform by our wonderful clients, and to help them to achieve their goals.

The Role

  • Be the voice of the client and provide internal feedback on how The Room’s solution can be improved.

  • Communicate with team members internally and clients directly, turning their needs into outcomes.

  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process with the support of your Customer Success Manager.

  • Establish and oversee the customer's use of our platform, providing training and advice on best practice to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer's investment.

  • Create client reports, analysing basic data and reporting back any findings.

  • Tech-savvy and passionate about technology solutions.

  • Very organised and process-driven; capable of multi-tasking and strong time management.

  • A strong work ethic and a great ability to prioritise client requests and relationships.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You keep people engaged and have the instinctive ability to 'read the room’.

  • A desire to go above and beyond for your clients.

  • Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience gained within a customer-facing role.

  • A self-starter mentality.

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

  • Interest in Social Media and different social platforms.

A degree isn’t necessary but is desirable.
